A Little Bit About Me
I’ve been speaking publicly for more than 20 years, and as a professional speaker, have has the pleasure of delivering keynotes and workshops to over 100,000 people, in 11 countries, and on 6 continents.
The first part of my career was spent as a human resources executive and executive recruiter, before turning pro as a speaker and leadership coach in 2010.
In 2013, I also founded DisruptHR, a global community that provides opportunities for people to share ideas, and learn strategies to facilitate better business outcomes. As CEO of both Unbridled Talent LLC, and DisruptHR LLC, my time is now devoted to speaking, training, and writing.
I live just outside of Cincinnati, OH and in my free time, I can be found on horseback, riding on trails or jumping over obstacles along with one of my two equine besties – Roxxy and Nahla.
