I believe work can be better — for people, for leaders, and for the organizations they’re building together.

That belief has shaped every chapter of my career: from HR leadership, to executive search, to coaching senior leaders, to speaking on stages around the world. Along the way, I’ve learned that meaningful change doesn’t happen because of another program, process, or initiative. It happens when leaders think differently, act intentionally, and create the conditions where people and performance can thrive.

Today, my work is focused on helping leaders navigate change with more clarity, courage, and influence — so they can create workplaces that are more human, more future-ready, and more effective.

Before launching my business in 2010, I spent more than two decades in HR, recruiting, and leadership roles, including serving as an HR executive and executive search consultant. That experience gave me a front-row seat to the challenges leaders face when they’re trying to attract talent, develop people, build culture, and drive business results.

Since then, I’ve delivered keynotes and led workshops at more than 500 conferences and corporate events across North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. I’ve had the opportunity to work with and speak for organizations including Procter & Gamble, General Electric, IBM, SAP, Bloomberg, Charles Schwab, LinkedIn, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Association for Talent Development.

Whether I’m delivering a keynote, facilitating a workshop, or coaching an executive, my goal is the same: to help leaders move beyond outdated thinking and take meaningful action.

In 2013, I founded DisruptHR, a global community designed to spark bold conversations about talent, culture, leadership, technology, and the future of work.

Today, DisruptHR includes events around the world and more than 11,000 short Talks from leaders, practitioners, and changemakers who are challenging the way we think about work. Through DisruptHR, I get to help encourage bold ideas, elevate diverse voices, and support local organizers who are creating meaningful conversations in their communities.

I’m a lifelong learner, a curious question-asker, and someone who is always studying what’s changing in work, leadership, and the human experience.

I’m also a passionate equestrian, and my horses, Roxxy and Nahla, are two of my greatest teachers. They remind me often that trust, clarity, patience, courage, and partnership are not just leadership concepts — they’re daily practices.
