My Why: Igniting Potential
As a former Human Resources Executive, Executive Search Consultant and High-Impact Leadership Coach, I’ve held leadership roles across a variety of industries, and have helped leading global organizations to hire and develop high performing leaders that drive business results.
My education and work experience have instilled in me a deep understanding of the intricate challenges organizations face — but more importantly — it’s fueled my belief in the immense potential that lies within every individual and team.
That’s why I shifted from being an HR and Recruiting practitioner in 2010, to professional speaking and training: to help leaders unlock this potential and propel their organizations towards success.
In addition to my work with leaders and organizations to prepare for the future of work, in 2013, I extended my mission by founding DisruptHR, a global community that sparks progressive conversations about talent, culture, and technology in the workplace. Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats – executive leader, trusted advisor, executive coach, keynote speaker, and trainer – and I’ve had the opportunity to grace stages around the world (including prestigious conferences and events throughout North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia).
I’ve also shared insights and inspired action at leading organizations like Procter & Gamble, General Electric, IBM, SAP, Bloomberg, Charles Schwab, LinkedIn, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Association for Talent Development, where my goal is always to leave audience members feeling informed, energized, and ready to go back to their organizations and make a difference.
Whether it’s keynotes, workshops, or training sessions, my programs blend actionable strategies, insightful best practices, and thought-provoking discussions. My goal is to equip leaders with the tools and knowledge they need to become impact makers who are driving positive change within their organizations, and in the lives of the people that they lead and serve.
Beyond the Stage
As a forever student of leadership and the future of work, my quest for knowledge never ceases. When I’m not traveling the world, you’ll find me reading books, case studies, and research reports, or listening to expert discussions on one of my favorite podcasts. I’m constantly researching and studying the latest trends and research shaping the future of work.
I also have a life beyond my work as a passionate equestrian and human leader to my equine mentors Roxxy and Nahla, who are my constant teachers, reminding me of the importance of trust, leadership, and strong partnerships – which are valuable lessons that resonate deeply in both my personal and professional life.
